KPI Engine Capabilities
The CCI KPI Engine was developed over 6 years ago and has changed considerably over this period to keep abreast of the changing needs of the construction industry and government initiatives. This is a web based tool that can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection without the need to install costly software.
Since its inception we have continuously improved our services by developing new KPI and methods of measurement. Our most recent development is for waste KPI and a carbon calculator, designed in collaboration with Envirolink NW, to help businesses measure carbon from their business, transport, energy and water.
Our expertise in performance measurement within the construction industry means that at CCI we can design a bespoke Benchmark Club for your organisation whether you are a contractor, a client or a consultant in the public or private sector. When a benchmark club is set up, it not only gives an organisation the scope to benchmark a group of companies, supply chain or framework against construction industry national data, but against each other, thereby giving the opportunity to see who performs well and then use this data to instil best practice and knowledge transfer in others within the group.
If this all sounds a bit daunting, don’t worry, we are here to help. At CCI we offer group or individual training on how to get the best from the system, help you drive continuous improvement and show your clients you are at the forefront of measuring performance, continuous improvement and, ultimately, win work. In addition to training we also offer performance measurement masterclasses which can be carried out in house or here at CCI in the superb surroundings of the CUBE Gallery - described by the Guardian as “one of the coolest and classiest galleries around”.
And of course, we are the North West regional centre for Constructing Excellence and an external centre of the School of the Built Environment at the University of Salford, where we have unrivalled access to state of the art research facilities enabling us to be ahead of the competition.
